Magikal Friends Fest Postponed Until 2010

We are disappointed to announce that the Magikal Friends Fest has been postponed until October 23rd and 24th next year. Due to some unexpected personal matters of our core staff, we will not be able to present the festival this year in the manner is deserves and therefore, have decided to put our efforts into making 2010’s festival a magnificent one. We are currently accepting vendor, character guest and volunteer applications for 2010. All donations and fundraising proceeds are being held in a special bank account to use for next’s festival benefitting the Children’s Cancer Center as originally intended. Vendors wanted for Magikal Friends Fest – Oct. 24 & 25

The Magikal Friends Fest has opened Vendor Enrollment for the festival October 24 & 25 in Tampa, FL.

Appropriate vendors are sellers of:

crafts, art, jewelry, candles, food products, comic & fantasy related items.

The Festival will be Oct. 24 & 25 from 10am to 6pm.

There is NO booth fee. We only ask that you donate 20% of your sales at the event to the Children’s Cancer Center. Vendors will need to bring their own display table.

Dobby Socks’ mission is to create events where a bit of magic can be found in the midst of our daily lives, friendships can be forged and together we can make a difference for others.

Magic is that little spark of laughter, joy or sparkle that touches your soul and brings a touch of kindness, goodness and love into the World.

Dobby Socks events support charities that help create friendships and put magic back into the lives of those who need it most. Our events also create an atmosphere where families can find laughter and where new friendships can arise and old friendships can be enjoyed.

Many Dobby Socks events have a Harry Potter theme, as we wish to carry forward the friendship, adventure and love the Potter tales give us.
